North Horizon supports the Scarborough Health Network through its 5 year committed donation plan and also various employee and community fund-raising events. North Horizon's donation to SHN Foundation will support the development of the Bridletowne Neighbourhood Centre – a community hub for the prevention, management and treatment of diabetes and chronic kidney diseases.
North Horizon's donation to Markham Stouffville Hospital will be used for COVID relief, as well as to fund the purchase of life-saving equipment and to enable the growth and innovation of several patient care programs and services such as: upgrade MRI system, expansion of an Orthopaedic Joint Assessment Centre, new Interventional Radiology Suite, new Panda warmers - infant incubator/warmer/resuscitation units. For more than 50 years, the IRCM has been a driving force for innovation in research and is recognized worldwide for its numerous discoveries.
