North Horizon Team Joins the 20th Annual Strides for Mackenzie Health Foundation

On May 10, the North Horizon team proudly participated in the 20th Annual Strides for Mackenzie Health, presented by PureHealth Pharmacy. More than 40 employees took part as runners, walkers, and supporters, reflecting North Horizon’s ongoing commitment to community well-being and healthcare advancement.

North Horizon has a longstanding history of supporting healthcare foundations across Canada. This year, the team was eager to join the Strides event to contribute directly to Mackenzie Health’s mission of delivering exceptional patient care.

Taking its commitment a step further, North Horizon directed proceeds from its 2024 Summer Picnic Auction to sponsor the event’s Water Station. Employees also joined in raising additional funds through registrations and donations, demonstrating the team’s collective spirit of giving back. The sponsorship was proudly showcased on-site, with the North Horizon logo featured on all official event T-shirts.

Funds raised through Strides for Mackenzie Health will help enhance local healthcare by supporting the purchase of new medical equipment, upgrading patient spaces, and providing essential resources for healthcare professionals.

The 2025 event was a tremendous success, generating over $340,000 in support of vital programs at Mackenzie Health and surpassing its fundraising goal. North Horizon is honored to stand alongside community partners in advancing healthcare excellence and extends sincere appreciation to all who participated, donated, and supported this meaningful cause.
